Why RMM and who we are?

RMM was born out of a quiet new Situation: -Old School OffRoad Competition- A -lets say- new Type of Community of Off Roaders which like the competition but don’t want to invest into a Race car which only gets used several times per year. So what’s the Idea? Having a multi-functional vehicle which can be used on the Road, for a weekend in the dirt with friends or even in Competitions which offer a “non Buggy” class. After years of experience in Off Road Racing across Europe and collecting know how of which might be the best Base Vehicle to accomplish the Requirements of Off Road capability, Availability of parts and of course fun to drive, we sorted out the Jeep® Wrangler TJ as a nearly perfect base solution.

A light vehicle, which needs to stay as light as possible, with a perfect all-around visibility, great dimensions to avoid body damage, a low center of gravity, wide track, some kind of a go-kart feeling compared to most other Off Road vehicles and of course it can be your daily convertible for the whole summer.

During the Research for Parts, we sorted out that of course, millions of aftermarket items for Jeep® TJs are available, but did not meet our Requirements perfectly or were simply just too expensive. Since most parts have to be Imported, the price raises automatically not in relation to what it’s worth . All our Products are made in Germany or the European Community.

RMM Parts are made to be the balance between stability and weight. Sometimes it makes more sense to add some kilos at a certain point then having the risk of damages, but other direction we found out, the lots of available parts are way too heavy for what they have to withstand.
